Magi Art Show
The Morehead Art Guild will host their annual show on Saturday, November 14, 2015, from 11am-4pm, in Morehead Kentucky. I always enter paintings in this show. It is a wonderful opportunity to see and purchase original artwork from Morehead and many other surrounding counties. This show is open to the public and is an opportunity that you don’t want to miss. Many of the original paintings are for sale and it is a great time to purchase and fill your walls with original paintings. You will also have the opportunity to meet the artist and view their talents. There will be 6 entry divisions and these include fine art, photography, computer art, folk art, fiber art, and 3 dimensional art. Art demonstrations take place during the day and these are very informative. If you’ve always wanted to learn to paint or are curious about how an artist completes an original piece this is your opportunity to see it firsthand. So mark your calendars and come and see this great show! Bring a friend and enjoy the afternoon. I would love to meet and share my art with you. Perhaps you can take home an original painting or piece of sculpture to place in your home!
Directions to the Carl Perkins Center:
Exit 137 off I-64, South on Route 32, about 2 miles to Divide Hill Road
Turn right at the flashing light. The Carl Perkins Center is on the right. A winding driveway leads up a hill to the center.
