Fusion with Nature
All framed up and ready to go. These paintings are on their way to the Floral Fusion: Art in Nature 2015 Show. You ask what is all the excitement about? This show is held on Sunday, July 12 from 12-4 pm at the Arts and Cultural Center in Georgetown, KY. Floral designers use live flowers and plants paired with two dimensional art work to interpret a painting they choose. Their floral design is then placed in a ceramic or glass container that is also made from local and regional artist. Together these provide a “fusion” with nature and art. The public is given the opportunity to view and purchase art that is framed and ready to hang in your home or office. This event is a very important fundraiser for the Cultural Center.
